Took a city bus for the first time in 2 years yesterday in Pittsburgh... was pleasantly surprised

I always thought the buses would be packed and late, but the 61C showed up on time and had empty seats the whole 25 minute ride. Has anyone else given up on driving and found the bus is actually better now?

I heard Pittsburgh actually added more routes and cleaned up their buses during the pandemic, so maybe they just got their act together finally.

Wait, didn't I read somewhere that they actually cut some routes during the pandemic and then brought them back? I swear I saw a news article about them testing out those battery powered buses around that time too.
