Train door jammed for 20 minutes, nobody helped me reach the release
Last Tuesday on the 7:15 out of Trenton, the door right by my seat just refused to open. I pulled the handle, nothing. Pushed harder, still nothing. Two other passengers tried too, no luck. Meanwhile the crew stayed up front and my stop at Metropark flew by while I watched the platform through the glass. I finally jammed my keycard into the seam and pried it open enough to squeeze out at the next station. Since then I always stand near the center cars, never near a door again. Has anyone else had a door failure that cost them their transfer?
