Swapped cable testers after 8 years with the same Fluke

I used to rely on my old Fluke LinkRunner for cable certs but switched to a PocketPro 2 last month after dealing with too many intermittent faults on Cat6 runs. The new tester shows me a wire map with exact length to the break. Anyone else made a similar switch and noticed a big difference?
