That one comment about thermal paste changed my bench scores
A random customer at my shop in Portland said my CPU temps were 8 degrees hotter than they should be because I was layering paste too thick. I switched to a pea-sized dot on every build, and my last 12 stress tests ran at 68C max instead of 76C. It was such a small tweak but it made me recheck my whole process. Anyone else had a client point out a habit you were too stuck in to notice?
