Hit 3,000 square feet of polished concrete in one day on a big box store job
We had a crew of four and rented a bigger planetary grinder than usual. The floor was super flat from the start, which helped a lot. I was shocked when we added up the sections at the end of the shift. Has anyone else pushed a number that high on a commercial pour?

Super flat from the start" is doing a lot of work there. I've never seen a big box store pour that cooperative. You must have had the concrete gods smiling on you that day. Hitting 3k with a four man crew is just wild.

Our record was 2,800 square feet on a warehouse prep job. The key was using a ride-on grinder and having two guys just for dust control. That flat starting condition is everything for speed.
