Not buying the hype on those new densifiers
I see everyone raving about lithium densifiers for garage floors, but I tried a batch from Ace Supply in Denver last spring and my finish came out blotchy as hell. The old sodium silicate route I used on a 2000 square foot job in July gave me a way harder, more even surface. Has anyone else had worse results with those newer lithium products?

Wow, blotchy? That's wild, I've never heard that happen before with those.

Happened to a buddy of mine with a similar batch. He was so confused because they looked totally fine in the tube, but once they hit his face it was like a bad reaction. Turned out he'd left them in his glovebox during a heatwave and the sun basically cooked the formula into something weird.
