Saw a crew in Phoenix using a power trowel on a sidewalk pour

Watched these guys finish a 4 inch sidewalk with a power trowel last week, never seen that on something that narrow. Didnt think it would work but they had it flat and smooth in like 5 minutes. Anyone tried this on small jobs?
