I tracked every claim in a 2 hour moon landing video and made a simple checklist that ended the fight
My brother in law kept sending me 2 hour YouTube videos about the moon landing being faked and we would argue every Sunday dinner for about 3 months. So I started pausing each video and writing down every single claim in a notebook, then I marked each one with a C for checkable, O for opinion, or N for needs a source. After 40 claims from 3 videos, only 6 were actually checkable and 5 of those fell apart with a quick search. The funny part is he stopped sending videos once I read the list out loud at dinner, because nobody wants their big proof reduced to a notebook page. Has anyone else tried grading claims like this, and what categories do you use?
