Just realized the moon landing footage debate might be a dead end
Tbh, I always thought the lighting on the Apollo photos was suspicious. But last week my buddy Dave, an actual camera guy for local news in Portland, broke down how dual-source lighting works on a studio set and it kinda clicked. He pulled up a replica of the lunar surface setup NASA used and showed me the shadows match that setup exactly, which made me rethink the whole thing. Anyone else flip on a long-held theory after getting a technical explanation from someone who does that job daily?
