My 3AM security cam caught my neighbor sneaking bags into my yard

Talked myself out of the whole 'neighbor is shady' thing for months. But last Tuesday at 3am my Nest cam caught him dropping three trash bags over my fence. Found them full of half-eaten fast food and receipt stubs with his name on them. He claimed raccoons brought them over. Raccoons with hands that tie plastic bags? Come on. The guy had been telling people my dog dug up his roses. Guess this was his revenge. Anyone else have a neighbor do something dumb enough to get caught on camera?
