My friend in Austin swore the 5G tower near his house gave him headaches
He pointed it out last month, a new pole maybe 200 yards from his backyard. I looked it up and found the FCC says the radiation is non-ionizing and safe, but he's convinced there's a cover-up. How do you even debate something when the official info and personal feeling clash so hard? Anyone have a solid way to talk someone down from this kind of ledge?

My buddy said the same thing about the new tower near his gym, lol. He had all these wild theories but felt better when he started drinking more water, go figure. Sometimes it's just about finding a simple fix for the worry, not the tower itself.

Actually, dehydration can cause headaches like that.

Oh man, @jenniferc71, that's so true. It's wild how our brains will latch onto the big, scary thing we can see, like a tower, and ignore the boring, simple stuff we can actually control. Your buddy's story is a perfect example of that. We all do it, looking for some complex reason when the answer is often just basic self care. Drinking more water sounds too easy, but it fixes a surprising amount of daily junk.
