Pulled the records on JFK files from the National Archives and found a detail nobody talks about

So I spent last weekend digging through the JFK assassination records that got released in 2023. There's this one memo from the CIA's Mexico City station dated October 16, 1963, about a call that came into the Cuban embassy. The weird part is the time stamp is two hours off from every other document in that batch. I checked it against three different sources and it doesn't match the flow of events they claim. It's a small thing but it makes me wonder if someone fudged the timeline on purpose. Has anyone else looked at those files and noticed something that just doesn't add up?

Hmm, I dunno... time stamps get messed up all the time in old records, especially with handwritten notes being transcribed later. Could just be a clerical error, not some big cover-up.

My grandpa once swore his watch was 20 minutes fast for 30 years before anyone told him it was broken.
