Still think the moon landing was faked? I used to believe it until I worked a job at a NASA facility
I did a plumbing job at Johnson Space Center back in 2021. They took my crew through all these security checks and we got to walk past some of the old Apollo mission control rooms. The amount of concrete and copper pipe in that building alone would have cost more than faking 6 landings. If the government can't fix a website without it crashing, you really think they pulled off a multi-year hoax with no one talking? Has anyone else here actually been to a government facility and changed their mind about something?

A buddy of mine worked security at a NASA building for a few years. He said the craziest thing was just how much old gear they kept around, like rooms full of paperwork and computers that looked older than my dad. He had to scan every single piece of equipment that came in or out, and they kept logs on logs of everything. One time a guy tried to walk out with a broken hard drive and they held him for hours. If they can't even let a busted part slip out without a full investigation, there's no way they kept a whole studio set and film crew secret for half a decade. You gotta wonder what other stuff folks assume is a hoax just because they never had to deal with government paperwork firsthand.
