That JFK shot from the grassy knoll, my dad's old photo just changed my mind

Last month I was going through my dad's stuff in Tulsa and found a roll of undeveloped film from 1963. He used to brag he was near Dealey Plaza that day, never said anything more. I got it developed at a local shop on Route 66, and frame 7 shows a guy in a brown coat ducking behind that picket fence with something long in his hands. I'm not saying it's proof, but the timing of that shutter click matches the second shot within 2 seconds. Has anyone else seen amateur footage or photos from that day that contradict the Warren Report?
