That one comment about jet fuel finally got me to dig deeper

Back in 2021 I was on a flight from Columbus to Chicago and this guy next to me kept going on about the 9/11 steel tests. I rolled my eyes at first, but he told me to actually read the NIST report instead of just parroting the official summary. Three weeks of reading later, I changed my whole approach to looking at evidence. Has anyone else had their position flip because one stranger made them check a primary source?

That NIST report is dense as hell, but reading the actual fireproofing sections changed how I look at any official story now. People just repeat the summary without touching the source, and it shows. Once you see the gaps in their own data, you can't unsee it. What report made you actually check the footnotes?
