My brother in law swore by dipping pizza in mayo... I thought he was insane
He told me at a family BBQ last summer that cold leftover pizza tastes way better with a little smear of mayo instead of ranch. I finally tried it on a sad slice of pepperoni last Tuesday and now I can't go back. Has anyone else been converted to a weird pizza topping that you swore you'd never try?

emery_craig said "cold leftover pizza" and I gotta know something. When you say cold, do you mean STRAIGHT out of the fridge cold, or like let it sit on the counter for twenty minutes cold? Because I tried it straight from the fridge with mayo and the texture was way off, almost greasy in a bad way. But if I let it sit just a little bit, the mayo kind of soaks in and it's totally different. What's your timeline on that?
