Overheard my neighbor saying ranch dressing belongs in the fridge AND the pantry

She was talking to her sister on the phone and said she keeps one bottle in the fridge for cold veggies and another in the cabinet for chips. I was watering my tomatoes and just froze. Like is that normal? Ive always just kept mine in the fridge and called it a day. But now im thinking about it and warm ranch on fries sounds kinda good actually. Anyone else keep snacks in weird places or am I overthinking this?

I do this exact thing with ketchup. One in the fridge for burgers, one in the pantry for dipping fries and tater tots. My husband thinks I'm crazy but it just works better that way.

Kept a separate bottle just for pizza dipping and never looked back.
