Vent: my buddy told me to dip fries in a Wendy's Frosty and I owe him an apology
I called it gross for two years until I tried it at the one off Route 9 in Poughkeepsie last Tuesday, and now I need to know what other sweet and salty combos I have been too stubborn to try.

My old roommate Dave swore by dipping McDonald's fries in a McFlurry back in 2019, and I gave him crap about it for months. Then he finally wore me down at 2am after a long drive home from a concert in Albany. The fries have to be hot and salty and the ice cream has to be soft, otherwise it turns into a soggy mess real quick. The cold creamy thing hitting the hot salty fry is what makes it work, it is not just about the flavor. Give a Wendy's chocolate Frosty with hot fries a shot and you will get why your buddy would not let it go.
