That line about still thinking about it is what gets me. Did you ask them back what they think the difference is between a $22 cut and an $85 one? Because most people who say that have never actually sat down and compared the two. Like, do they think you're just standing there with the same clippers doing the same thing for 20 minutes? What did you end up saying to them in the moment?
