Yeah but the numbers can be misleading too. Like @lucasking said it's a wake up call, but sometimes stats just show what we choose to measure. I mean, look at how we track "engagement" online. It's just clicks and shares, not if anyone actually learned something. We end up optimizing for the wrong thing because the numbers feel solid, but they're just counting what's easy.
