Tried a new color remover on a client's dark brown and it turned neon orange
Client wanted to go platinum from a level 3 box dye. Used the Pravana Zero Lift system, followed the timing exactly. Instead of lifting to yellow, it stripped to this bright, patchy orange all over. Had to do two rounds of a blue based toner just to get it to a pale peach. Anyone know a better remover for stubborn artificial pigment that won't leave this much warmth behind?
