A retired operator in Tulsa got me thinking about seat time after he said one thing
Ran into a guy at the diner in Tulsa who hung it up after 31 years in the seat and he said the new guys learn the joysticks fast but never learn to feel the load. That stuck with me because I caught myself staring at the LMI screen last week instead of watching the hook, and honestly I was slower for it. How many of you still run off feel more than the readout?
