A rigger in Tulsa told me my hand signals were sloppy, so I switched to gloves with no grip
He said I was moving my whole arm instead of just my wrist and it made me look unsure, and he was right, my signals got way cleaner after a week of practicing in front of a mirror. Anybody else got a pet peeve about how new guys throw signals?
