I finally tried a full cab crane after years of open air machines
The difference in focus and safety on a windy bridge job in Pittsburgh was huge, no more fighting the elements. I got the lift done in half the time because I wasn't getting blasted by rain. Anyone else make the switch and find it hard to go back?

Honestly, that seems a bit dramatic. I've run open cabs for twenty years and never felt unsafe. A good coat handles the rain, and you get used to the wind. Half the time? That's a stretch.

You'll notice the difference most on those long, cold days. The cab pays for itself in saved time and focus.
