After a mix-up with my order, I think the cafe did right by me, even if others disagree.

How did they fix it for you? Same thing happened to me last week, they gave me a free drink and a pastry. My friend said it wasn't enough but I was totally cool with it.

Totally get why your friend said that, but like... how bad was the mess up really? We're talking about a wrong coffee order or a ten minute wait, not something actually big. People act like a simple mix up is some huge crime. A free drink seems fine for most little things, you know?

Yeah, my friend is like taras35, she'd call the cops over a wrong latte. Me, I'm just happy if they fix it and I get a free drink out of the deal. My standards are so low I'd probably thank them for getting my name right on the cup. As long as they try to make it right, that's what matters to me.
