Changed my mind about Best Buy after the Geek Squad guy saved me $400
I brought my laptop in last Thursday expecting to drop $400 on a new battery, but the guy at the counter spent 10 minutes recalibrating the power settings instead. Didn't charge me a thing. Now I don't assume every repair is a scam.
