Customer service told me I was wrong and I APPRECIATED it
Mixed up my account details and the lady on the phone fixed it right away. She was DIRECT but kind, and it actually made the call quicker. Does anyone else not mind being corrected?

Totally get what @robert_rodriguez66 means about time saving changing your mind. When you cut out the boring parts, any job becomes less of a headache. It's amazing how a simple tip can turn hate into something you don't mind doing. That saved time adds up and makes room for more important things. Once you feel that relief, there's no going back.
