Hit 100 calls to the same company about a single order

I ordered a new phone case online six months ago and it never came. I started calling their customer service line, and I kept a tally on a sticky note. I just hit 100 calls today. Each time it's a new person, a new promise, and zero action. I'm out $35 and a lot of time. Has anyone else had to call a company this many times just to get a basic item?

Honestly robinson.leo, 87 calls sounds like a system failure, not a normal wait. Maybe your buddy got caught in a weird shipping loop or his address file got corrupted. Some companies have a rule where a flagged order gets stuck until a manager manually clears it, which can take weeks. A single direct email to their executive support team probably would have fixed this faster than all those calls.

Ugh, been there. I had a package marked "delivered" that just vanished. Spent two weeks calling the regular line and got nowhere. Finally found the CEO's email format online and sent a polite but firm message to that executive team address. Someone from a special office called me the next day and had a replacement sent overnight. Total game changer compared to the call center loop.
