That kind of promise usually sounds like total nonsense. Actually having the truck show up on time is a minor miracle these days. Solid logistics turn a simple order into a wow moment, which most businesses completely miss. It's wild how something as basic as showing up can make you trust a company way more. They probably have their delivery game down to a science, which is rare for any service. Bet you'll use them again just for the shock value of reliability.
