Okay, so I complained about a broken part on my 3-year-old vacuum and they sent me a new model for free.

Everyone says you have to yell to get help, but I was calm and just had the receipt ready. Has a company ever surprised you like that?

Yeah, being polite with the receipt ready has worked for me too.

Notice how basic respect often gets you further than you'd expect.
