Reached 500 returns processed in a single month and nobody cared

I work the customer service desk at a Home Depot in Phoenix and last month I processed 500 returns in 30 days. That's about 17 per shift without factoring in the angry people who yell at me because their lawnmower broke after 2 uses. My manager just said "good job" and moved on but I was expecting some kind of bonus or at least a gift card. Has anyone else hit a crazy high number at their job and gotten nothing for it?

Tbh that "good job" basically means "we got what we wanted out of you and don't want to pay more." You hit 500 returns and they still won't throw you a gift card. Ngl that's just how retail works, they'll milk your effort until you burn out.
