That return policy at Target saved me $40 on a blender that died after 2 weeks

I bought a Ninja blender at the Target on 5th Avenue 2 weeks ago and the motor started smoking on my third smoothie. I walked in without the receipt and they still swapped it out in 5 minutes flat. Has anyone else had a store treat you better than you expected on a busted product?
