That time a customer at Target taught me how to fold fitted sheets correctly

I used to just ball my fitted sheets up and stuff em in the closet. Then some lady at the Target on 42nd street saw me buying new sheets and said "you know there's a right way to fold those" and showed me the tuck and fold method right there in the aisle. It takes like 2 extra minutes but now my linen closet actually looks organized. Anyone else have random strangers give them game changing tips like that?

And honestly once you learn the trick it's one of those things you can't unsee, right? The worst part is realizing how much space I was wasting all those years just cramming wrinkled balls of fabric in there. Now I'm the guy in the linen aisle watching people struggle and biting my tongue because I don't want to be that stranger.

Nah you're right about the space thing but I gotta call you out on the wrinkled balls of fabric part lmao. If you're doing the rolling method right they actually come out less wrinkled than when you shove them in there like a maniac. I used to think the same thing until I realized my shirts looked like I slept in them. The real trick is layering the fabric tight before you roll so it stays smooth. But yeah I feel you on the linen aisle thing, I just end up making eye contact with people struggling and giving them a little nod like "I know what you're going through" lol.
