Told an agent I'd cancel my service and she said go ahead without even trying to keep me
I've been with the same internet provider for 8 years and when I called to negotiate my $85 monthly rate last week the rep just said okay and processed the cancellation in under 2 minutes like she couldn't care less, has anyone else had a company just give up on keeping your business that fast?

Called and told my cable company I was leaving after 5 years and the dude literally said "okay, your cancellation goes through at midnight" and hung up. No attempt to offer me a better price, no transfer to retention, nothing. Felt like I was breaking up with someone who didn't even care I existed.
