Took 45 minutes to return a $12 lamp at Target

I had a small lamp that stopped working after 3 months, and the return line wrapped around the electronics section. The manager had to override the system twice because the receipt was faded. Anyone else have a quick errand turn into an hour long ordeal?

45 minutes for a $12 lamp sounds like YOU didn't plan your day well, not Target's fault. I've returned stuff there 20 times and never waited more than 5 minutes because I go at 8am on a Tuesday.

Yeah but not everyone can just roll up to Target at 8am on a Tuesday though, some of us work regular hours and have to deal with the crowds whenever we can get there.
