8 months?! Man that is rough. What were you doing wrong, like returning stuff without the receipt or not having the original packaging? I know I almost had a panic attack when I tried to return a half-used bag of mulch and they looked at me like I was crazy.

Did you not check the return policy online or just wing it every time? Cause I feel like eight months is a lot of trips to learn the same lesson over and over.
