Warning: Picking the 'fast' shipping option with that big online store is a trap
Had to get a new phone charger overnight for a work trip. The site gave me two choices: standard shipping for free in 5 days, or 'guaranteed next day' for $24.99. I paid the extra cash, obviously. The package didn't show up the next day, or the day after that. I called customer service and they said the guarantee was void because of 'carrier delays' and they refused to refund the shipping fee. It finally arrived a week later, the same day the free shipping would have. Has anyone else had them just take your money for a promise they don't keep?

Welcome to the club, they've perfected the art of taking money for imaginary fast horses.

Yeah, that "imaginary fast horses" line is way too real. Been there too many times.

Lol for real. It's like they all went to the same scam school.
