Why does nobody talk about the hotel clerk in Boise who upgraded my room for free after my flight got cancelled
I was stuck at the front desk at 1am after Delta cancelled my flight and this guy named Marcus just quietly said 'I've got you' and gave me a suite for the same price, and I still think about that kindness 6 months later, so what's the one customer service moment that stuck with you?

nobody talks about" is kinda the whole thing right? like that's just a guy doing his job on a random tuesday and he'll never know it mattered. idk maybe it's just me but the quiet ones hit harder than the big gestures.
