After running internal phishing drills, I'm convinced they erode trust more than build awareness.
Employees see them as traps, not training.

Hey @hayden_torres60, with that logic, every company failure is just bad management! Even the best captains can't control a hurricane, you know. So maybe cut some slack for those outside shocks!

But what about external factors that can impact any organization? Even the best-managed companies can struggle due to market shifts or unforeseen events. Attributing outcomes solely to management quality ignores systemic issues like economic downturns or regulatory changes. I've seen cases where solid operations were undermined by factors beyond control. So while poor management certainly doesn't help, it's not the only variable at play.
