Finally picked a password manager after a month of overthinking it

Kept flip-flopping between Bitwarden and 1Password for 3 weeks. Went with Bitwarden because it was free and I liked how simple the interface was. Been using it since Tuesday and I've already swapped 20 reused passwords. Did anyone else spend way too long deciding on this?

Yeah I way overthought it too. Ended up just picking Bitwarden and never looked back. Free and simple is a good choice, you did fine.

Wait, you said free and simple... Bitwarden is free? I thought they had a free version but I assumed they'd locked everything good behind a paywall by now. Everybody's been saying how subscription models are taking over everything these days. Guess I need to actually look into it instead of just assuming.
