Just realized my email password is from high school

I never changed it, and now I'm scared. How do I make a secure password I can remember?

Oh man, my old email password was literally based on my first girlfriend's name. Not exactly a fortress of security. The trick is to think of a short sentence or a line from a song you like, then use the first letter of each word and add a number or symbol. Makes it a random string to everyone else, but something you can actually remember.

Solid advice from @garcia.wade. My old passwords were just as bad, honestly. That sentence trick actually works pretty well without being a headache.
