My bank locked my card on a Tuesday because I used a gas pump skimmer without knowing it
I filled up at a station off I-35 near Waco on a Tuesday, and by Thursday my bank had frozen my debit card for 3 suspicious charges in Dallas. Turns out the pump had a skimmer on it and I never checked the card reader before sticking my card in. Now I wiggle the reader and pay inside when anything looks off. Has anyone else run into a skimmer lately, and did your bank catch it fast or did you?
