Remembering when a simple firewall felt like enough, but my old router's firmware got exploited last Tuesday.

I had to scramble to flash new firmware after finding it was part of a botnet, which makes me wonder, how often do you guys check your home network gear for updates now?

I check for updates every single month now, it's just part of my routine.

Feeling that, Margaret. I swear the fridge check is the most honest part of my day, like a little mini adventure every time I open the door. I even do it when I know there's nothing new in there, just out of pure hope. Is it a bad sign that my snack eligibility is the highlight of my evening?
