Hit 365 consecutive days on my Duolingo streak last Tuesday

I honestly didn't set out to make it a full year... I just kept doing one lesson before bed every night. Then last week the app popped up saying I hit 365 days and I almost dropped my phone. It's just Spanish vocabulary and silly sentences about cats, but somehow that little green owl kept me going through some rough months. Has anyone else hit a random milestone like that and felt weirdly proud of it?

Yeah no that's exactly how it goes, you don't even realize how far you've come until the app throws a little confetti at you. I did the same thing with my meditation app last year, I just wanted to get through a rough patch without spiraling out and then suddenly it was like 200 days in a row. It's kind of silly cause it's just a streak counter on a screen but those little check marks really do add up to something when life is chaos. The green owl is basically a tiny accountability buddy that never judges you for only doing one lesson, right.
