Just realized my toaster wasn't broken, I was just using it wrong for 3 years
Honestly, I thought my toaster was dying because it kept burning my bagels on one side. I was about to throw it out last Tuesday morning. Then my roommate walked in and pointed out I had the dial set to 'frozen' instead of 'regular'. Felt like such a fool. Has anyone else had a moment where you blamed the tool but it was really user error?

Always had a HDMI plug pushed halfway in for months blaming the TV for a fuzzy picture.

Ugh that is SO relatable! I had a loose coax cable once and spent WEEKS thinking my antenna was just garbage. It's always the dumbest little thing.
