Something off at the Grand Canyon visitor center last Tuesday
Went to the south rim with my kid and the ranger talk had this weird vibe, like they were pushing a script about crowds instead of the canyon. Said the overlooks are at 80% capacity daily, asked if anyone else noticed the tone shift. Am I reading too much into it?

Reminds me of how every national park now leads with crowd control before anything else.
