Hit 1,000 rides on my bike at 42, had no idea I was tracking that
I logged every commute on the same app since 2019 and the counter rolled past 1,000 this morning on the way to my shift at the warehouse. Did anyone else ever get surprised by a milestone they weren't aiming for, or am I just oblivious?

Figured the app was lying when it hit 999 last week, so I reset my odometer to prove it wrong. Turns out I'd been keeping tabs without noticing either. My knee started complaining around ride 700, that was my real milestone. 1,000 sounds impressive until you realize half those miles were just circling the block because I forgot my wallet.
