I was set on a new couch until a neighbor in apartment 4B changed my mind
I told my neighbor, Mark, I was buying a big sectional for my living room last Saturday. He just said, 'Have you tried moving one through our building's hallway?' I measured, and the main turn is only 28 inches wide. I'm now looking at a smaller sofa or two chairs instead. What's the biggest piece of furniture you've gotten into a tight space?

Honestly, the real pro move is checking if windows come out. Got a king mattress up a fire escape once by removing the whole window frame. Landlord was not happy but it worked.
