My 10-minute rice cooker rinse hack changed my meal prep days
I started rinsing my rice for a full 10 minutes before cooking, just to test the texture difference, and my rice came out way less sticky even without a fancy brand. It added time up front but saved me from scraping a crusty pot every Tuesday night. Has anyone else tried a longer rinse and noticed a bigger change than they expected?

Ever notice how the best kitchen tricks are just patience in disguise? I did something similar with pasta water once, letting it simmer longer before adding the noodles, and the texture was way better. Yeah, it adds time, but it beats scrubbing a pot or choking down gummy rice.
