Shoutout to the $18 cookie sheet that fixed my week

I kept burning frozen pizza on the dark pan from college, so I grabbed a cheap light colored sheet at the grocery store last Tuesday. Best money I've spent in months, the crust comes out even and nothing sticks. It's such a small thing, but I've used it four times already. Anyone else found a random kitchen buy that quietly saves the day?

Cheap light colored sheet" is all I needed to hear, I did the same thing last month but with a muffin tin. That dark nonstick thing I had was torching the bottoms of everything, now my cornbread actually comes out golden instead of tasting like burnt toast. It's wild how the right pan can make you feel like you finally know what you're doing in the kitchen.
